Here's
how the Best Rate Guarantee program works:
Shilo Inns guarantees that shiloinns.com website will have the lowest unrestricted rate
publicly available for all Shilo properties.
If you find another participating website (Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Travelocity.com and their trusted partners only) advertising a lower Shilo
specific property rate than rates found on www.shiloinns.com
that is bookable and for the same Shilo hotel, room type,
number of guests and same dates and contact us at 1-800-222-2244
within 24 hours after booking your room, Shilo Inns will
match and honor the lower Shilo rate. If there is a Shilo
rate available on shiloinns.com that is the same or lower
than the rate on any other website, the shiloinns.com
rate will be offered instead. (Bookable means that the
rate is available and can be reserved online.)

When booking online, you must reserve the lowest rate available to qualify
for Shilo's Best Rate Guarantee. This Shilo Best Rate
Guarantee program is not intended to match other competing
hotel chains online rates, but only Shilo property-specific
location rates.

Terms and Conditions
To
qualify for Shilo's Best Rate Guarantee, you must have a confirmed
reservation made on shiloinns.com or through a Shilo Inns Central
Reservations Agent.
When contacted within 24 hours of booking, Shilo Inns must be
able to verify to their satisfaction, that the Best Rate Guarantee
claim meets all conditions of the Shilo Best Rate Guarantee and
these Terms and Conditions.
Shilo's Best Rate Guarantee program is even more rewarding for
Star Rewards Members as members can now receive credit for discounted
stays. Points will be given to Shilo Star Rewards Program members,
subject to Shilo Star Rewards Terms and Conditions.
For a multiple night stay, the total net room cost for the entire
stay will be evaluated when determining whether the other web
site has a lower rate.
Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following:
- The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to “opaque”
websites where the specific hotel and location are not known
until the booking is made such as Priceline.com or Hotwire.com
- Extended stay rates (beyond 7 nights)
- Reservations made within 72 hours of day of arrival
- Taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees or
other fees/incidental charges
- Discount or negotiated rates not available to the general
public, including but not limited to, club memberships (Automobile,
AARP), group, corporate, government, promotional, unpublished,
employee, offline wholesale/FIT rates or rates associated with
a travel package, do not qualify.
To submit a claim, you must call a Shilo Central Reservations
Agent at 1-800-222-2244 within 24 hours of receiving a reservation
confirmation and at least 72 hours prior to arrival at the hotel.
