Upon receipt of your completed Shilo Star Rewards Program application, you will be sent an e-mail containing your membership information.
In order to obtain points from your stay, simply present your membership number to the Shilo Reservations Agent when making a reservation or to the Shilo Front Desk Agent upon check-in.
Acceptance of the Shilo Star Reward application is based on review by Shilo Franchise International. Receipts and/or photo identification may be required.
To assure properly credited points, Shilo Star Reward members must present their Shilo Star Rewards membership number at check-in and obtain a completed transaction form or receipt at check out.
Points will be awarded for room night dollars. All rates qualify except non-revenue (comp) rooms, trade-outs and reservations not made directly through Shilo Inns such as those booked through 3rd party websites.
Restaurant points are awarded at 1 point per dollar for food purchases in a Shilo Restaurant. (tax, tip, and alcoholic beverages do not qualify for points).
Restaurant points may be awarded by informing your server or by calling the Star Rewards coordinator at 1-800-697-5706 with your receipt and Star Rewards member number.
Restaurant points must be requested no later than 2 weeks after the date on the receipt. All points are forfeited after that point.
Restaurant points from one receipt may not be split between Star Rewards members and may only be awarded, in full, to one Star Rewards member.
Proof of purchase (the itemized receipt) must be presented to the server or faxed/mailed in to the Star Rewards coordinator in order for restaurant points to be awarded.
Star Rewards Points are not given on Shilo gift card purchases. However, Star Reward Points may be awarded upon completion of a qualifying stay at a participating Shilo Inn Hotel when redeeming a gift card for a stay.
All taxes and incidental room charges are the responsibility of the Shilo Star Rewards member and do not earn points.
Points have no cash value and are void if sold, purchased, brokered, or bartered. Any violation of the Shilo Star Rewards Program Rules and Regulations will result in cancellation of your account and awards.
Shilo Star Reward members must maintain a current United States or Canada address in order to receive account statements or redeem points. Members are responsible for advising Shilo Franchise International of any address changes.
In order to maintain a viable rewards program for our members, certain limitations exist regarding point expiration. To prevent your points or your membership from expiring, visit a Shilo Inns Suites Hotel at least once during a 24-month period. Shilo Inns Star Rewards must be notified of any missing points or points discrepancies within 12 months of the stay in questions, otherwise the points are forfeit.
Within 30 days of initial registration for the program, we will only add points for previous stays that date back 90 days or less, upon request.
Points are not awarded for stays at Shilo Affiliate Properties and Certificates are not valid for redemption at Shilo Affiliated Properties.
Points cannot be transferred to or combined with any other Shilo Star Rewards Program account.
Points will be awarded based on the room occupied and paid for by the account holder. Multiple rooms paid for, but not occupied by the account holder do not qualify for Shilo Star Rewards points for the account holder. Points for the other room may be awarded to the room occupant upon request.
All transactions are subject to review and adjustments (in case of error) by Shilo Franchise International. Shilo Franchise International may terminate individual memberships in case of fraud, misconduct, or abuse.
Discounts received from tier attainment are only valid on the prevailing room rate and cannot be combined with any other discounts or special offers.
Shilo, it's agents and travel partners will not be responsible for reward requests or correspondence lost or delayed in the mail.
Once a certificate has been issued, we are not responsible for lost and or stolen certificates.
Determination of tax liability is the responsibility of the Shilo Star Rewards program participant.
Any point redemption for airline tickets must be for a traveler 17 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult.
Star Rewards Program tier attainment is valid for the calendar year e.g., if “silver” status is obtained, this status will be maintained through December 31 of the following year.
Shilo Franchise International reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Shilo Star Rewards Program at any time. By signing and/or participating in the Shilo Star Rewards Program, you acknowledge and accept the rules and regulations of the program.
